Weathered Plank

8004-20F

Weathered Plank is a deep taupe brown with a muted, driftwood-like cast. It is not pale gray. Cabinetry, mudroom trim, doors, or an office wall can use its warmth and depth.

At LRV 16, it needs lighter neighbors. Cream walls, black hardware, or textured linen suit it. In cool rooms, it may feel more gray than brown, so test near flooring.

Weathered Plank in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
