Solitude

Solitude is a cool, muted blue-gray with a soft blue-purple undertone. At an LRV of 38, it reflects a moderate amount of light while retaining enough depth to register as a definite color rather than a pale neutral. The blue component is dominant, but the gray and slight purple shift keep it from reading as a primary blue.

It is commonly used in bedrooms, home offices, and bathrooms. Sherwin-Williams Misty and Krypton work as analogous lighter companions, Naval introduces a deeper blue for accents, Alabaster provides a clean white trim pairing, and Cyberspace offers near-black contrast.
