Whirlybird

Whirlybird is a muted, mid-tone green with a gray undertone that keeps it from appearing too saturated. With an LRV of 72, it reflects enough light to work on all four walls of a room without closing in the space, making it suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, and garden-facing rooms where a green that stays understated is needed. It leans cool but not cold, and it holds its color reasonably well under both daylight and artificial light.

Pointing or Wimborne White on trim and ceilings will give it a clean frame. Mizzle and Green Blue sit close in tone for a layered green scheme, while Hague Blue or Studio Green can anchor the palette in darker applications like built-ins or feature walls.
