Benjamin Moore

Appalachian Brown

2115-10

Appalachian Brown is a deep chocolate brown carrying a secondary raisin undertone that becomes more apparent under incandescent light. With an LRV of 5.97 it reflects very little light and will read close to near-black in poorly lit conditions, so adequate illumination or use on contained surfaces is recommended. The warm undertone prevents it from feeling purely neutral.

Simply White and White Dove supply strong value contrast on trim and ceilings, and Revere Pewter can serve as a transitional mid-tone on adjacent walls. For accent depth, Hale Navy provides a cool counterpoint that separates from the brown base.
