Global Green

S380-7

Global Green is a muted olive-brown with a dry, military-jacket quality. It reads serious. Reserve it on built-ins, an office wall, or exterior shutters when a green accent needs restraint.

The color has enough darkness to need good lamp light, especially in a north-facing room. A pale stone floor can lift it. Warm painted white casing softens the edges. Too much yellow oak may make the olive feel murky.

Global Green in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
