Gilded Pesto

6007-6B

Gilded Pesto is a muted golden olive with a savory, earthy cast. The yellow-brown olive base gives lower cabinets real presence. The color can look handsome on lower cabinets, a mudroom wall, or a small office.

It is not a fresh herb green; the yellow-brown base does most of the work. Pair with soapstone, cream trim, or natural oak. In weak light, it can turn flatter, so judge it after lamps are on.

Gilded Pesto in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
