Valspar

Far Side of the Mountain

V094-3

Far Side of the Mountain is a mid sandy taupe with a dry golden base. Its mid value has enough body for stair halls and siding. This color can handle living rooms, stair halls, or exterior siding when off-white feels too thin.

It works nicely with stone and weathered wood. In cooler light, the taupe side grows stronger. Add clean trim when the space needs lift. The color prefers texture over shine.

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
