Watercolor Grape

8002-48A

Watercolor Grape is a pale lavender gray with a cool violet wash. The high LRV keeps the lavender wash light on ceilings. Bedrooms, baths, or ceilings can use its whisper of purple when blue feels too plain.

Clean white trim makes it clearer. Cream trim warms it and lowers the contrast. Brushed nickel, pale oak, or gray linen work well. Beige carpet can make the lavender more noticeable.

Watercolor Grape in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
