Glidden

Solitaire

PPG1132-2

In a breakfast nook, Solitaire is a pale mint-green with a soft, airy quality. The mint stays visible. It is bright, but the color still registers.

Try it in a bathroom, sunroom, laundry space, or on porch ceilings where a fresh green feels right. White tile and brushed nickel keep it crisp; light oak makes it warmer. In shadow, the green can gray down, so use a sample board in the darkest corner before deciding.

Solitaire in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
