Roasted Pepper

PPG13-13

Roasted Pepper is a deep muted red with a browned berry undertone. The browned red favors warm lamps. Roasted Pepper suits cabinetry, a dining room wall, or an exterior door where a dark red feels appropriate.

Across full walls, Roasted Pepper will need warm lamps and light trim to avoid feeling closed in. Off-white trim brings out the red. Dark walnut makes it quieter. A satin finish helps on high-touch surfaces.

Roasted Pepper in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
