Valspar

Two Cents

V081-6

Two Cents is a dark copper brown with a red-orange core. The warmth is serious. It can bring character to a door, stair risers, a small bath, or cabinets in a room with stone and wood.

Because it is close to LRV 8, it will read dark even in daylight. Use cream trim or soft plaster tones nearby. Avoid cool blue grays unless the contrast is deliberate.

Two Cents in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
