Pressed Olives

8002-27G

Pressed Olives is a dark yellow green, almost olive drab, with a serious vintage quality. The color needs confidence. It can be excellent on a pantry cabinet, boot bench, or exterior door with brick nearby.

Because it reflects little light, give it crisp edges and decent illumination. Brass hardware looks natural here, but shiny chrome can make the olive feel sour.

Pressed Olives in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
