Cool Bluegrass

5005-6A

Cool Bluegrass is a deep green with a muted blue-gray undertone. It is more tailored than grassy. Use it on cabinetry, a mudroom wall, or exterior shutters where the room needs color with some restraint.

In dim light, it can move toward dark sage-gray. Pale trim keeps it readable. Natural oak brings out the green side. Skip yellow bulbs when a cooler, cleaner look is the goal.

Cool Bluegrass in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
