Backlit Lemon

V017-2

Backlit Lemon is a bright golden yellow with a warm, sunny center. It reflects a lot of light. The color can cheer up a laundry room, pantry, or breakfast corner, but it will spread yellow onto nearby whites.

Use it with soft cream rather than icy trim. Natural oak and woven shades feel natural beside it. Cool gray counters may make the yellow look sharper and less relaxed.

Backlit Lemon in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
