Summer Suede

PPG14-14

Against cane shades, Summer Suede is a light taupe-beige with a warm gray base. The warm gray base keeps beige from looking sandy. Good spots include bedrooms, halls, or living spaces where a neutral should sit quietly behind furniture.

The comfortable lightness helps it avoid feeling heavy, though it should not replace white. It works beside off-white trim, navy textiles, or medium wood. Cool gray floors can make the beige side stand out.

Summer Suede in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
