Glidden

Sterling Shadow

PPG1126-1

For a family room, Sterling Shadow is a bright off-white carrying a pale green-yellow undertone. It is not a pure white. Bedrooms, laundry rooms, and main living spaces benefit most from its soft daylight bounce.

The green note can help with natural materials, especially light wood and woven textures. Avoid it beside pink-beige finishes. Next to very crisp trim, the undertone will show more clearly.

Sterling Shadow in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
