Farrow & Ball

James White

No. 2010

James White is a warm off-white with a subtle green-gray undertone that separates it from plain cream or stark white. With an LRV of 90.3, it reflects a high amount of light and reads as bright without appearing cold, making it practical for full-room coverage, ceilings, and trim. The green-gray cast becomes more apparent next to pure whites, so sampling in context is worth doing.

It works well alongside Mizzle and Lichen, which share a similar base, and pairs cleanly with Drop Cloth. White Tie can serve as a coordinating ceiling color.
