Tibetan Turquoise

MQ4-53

Tibetan Turquoise is a saturated medium blue with a strong turquoise bite. It carries plenty of color. Put it in a front door, bath vanity, playroom accent, or cabinet interior where brightness is wanted.

Good companions include bright painted white trim and light wood. When lighting is soft, it darkens but keeps its blue energy. Warm brass can soften the edge. Avoid surrounding it with muddy neutrals, and the effect may turn too electric.

Tibetan Turquoise in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
