Brave New Teal

M209

Brave New Teal is an extremely dark teal with a green-black base. The depth comes first. It can look rich on a front door, bar cabinet, or powder room walls with good lighting.

LRV 6 means shadowed areas will read nearly black. Use satin sheen if fingerprints are likely. Pale stone and warm brass help the teal show instead of flattening out.

Brave New Teal in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
