Steelhead Redd

8001-14G

Steelhead Redd is a deep tomato-red with an orange clay undertone. It is powerful. Use it in small, intentional places: a door, cabinet, furniture piece, or powder room detail.

At LRV 15, it has major depth and will not behave like a cheerful coral. Cream trim softens the heat. Black accents give the tomato-red depth a firmer boundary. Sample beside brick or terracotta tile so the reds do not clash.

Steelhead Redd in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
