Summer House

P430-1

Summer House is a very light aqua-mint with a fresh, watery brightness. It suits bathrooms, laundry rooms, or a porch ceiling where cool color makes sense. Set it beside clean trim and bleached wood.

Warm light can soften the mint at night. The high LRV lets this minty aqua bounce light in small baths. Beige floors may make the aqua more obvious, so test near fixed surfaces. It works best when surrounding colors stay simple and not too muddy.

Summer House in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.

LRV measures how much light a color reflects, from 0 (black) to 100 (pure white). Below about 50 a color needs good lighting to avoid going flat, 60 and up helps brighten a room, and most whites sit above 80.
