Heirloom Apricot

P009

Heirloom Apricot is a light peach-orange with a creamy apricot center. The creamy apricot base warms morning light without becoming a saturated orange. The color can warm a bedroom, breakfast nook, or bath with aged brass and ivory finishes.

On full walls, expect more peach than the chip shows. Keep nearby pinks controlled so the palette does not turn sugary. Warm wood suits it well. Cool blue-gray tile may make the apricot look louder, so sample next to fixed surfaces.

Heirloom Apricot in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
