Acapulco Sun

P230-7

Acapulco Sun is a vivid orange with a golden coral undertone. This is a bold color. It belongs in places where energy is the point, such as a pantry door or a sunny mudroom accent.

Keep trim warm and simple, because blue-white paint will make the orange feel sharper. Natural rattan can soften it. On exterior accents, test in direct sun before committing; the brightness will jump outside.

Acapulco Sun in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
