Valspar

Classic Damask

V101-5

Classic Damask is a muted teal gray with a weathered green-blue base. It has depth without becoming jewel-toned. A bedroom, bath vanity, or built-in shelving can carry the color when it should feel settled.

The shade can look grayer in rooms with weak daylight. White trim brings out the teal. A warmer off-white makes it softer and more historic. Avoid muddy beige carpet if the goal is a clean coastal mood.

Classic Damask in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
