Chocolate Bonbon

V082-6

Chocolate Bonbon is a near-black warm brown with a red-orange undertone. It can replace black where a room needs depth with a little softness. Use it for interior doors, a powder room vanity, or shelves backed by warm lighting.

The color will absorb light fast. Pale trim and reflective hardware matter. On exterior accents, it can look rich beside cream siding, but test near brick because red undertones can stack.

Chocolate Bonbon in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.

LRV measures how much light a color reflects, from 0 (black) to 100 (pure white). Below about 50 a color needs good lighting to avoid going flat, 60 and up helps brighten a room, and most whites sit above 80.
