Valspar

Beyond the Pale

V048-1

Beyond the Pale is peach cream kept very light, with a warm apricot base. Apricot warmth flatters ivory trim. This color warms bedrooms, baths, or hallways and still keeps the room bright.

Once expanded, the peach note becomes more visible near white trim. Pair with ivory, pale wood, or unlacquered brass. Cool marble or blue-gray tile can make the warmth look stronger, so test beside fixed finishes.

Beyond the Pale in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
