Glowing Firelight

PPG1191-7

Glowing Firelight feels warm and dramatic, a deep terracotta-red with a browned orange base. Powder room walls, fireplace surrounds, and lower cabinets with light counters can carry it handsomely. Dark bronze and olive accents pull the color toward earthy terracotta.

At this depth, shaded corners will look rich. Gloss can make the red-orange jump forward. Matte keeps it earthier and calmer.

Glowing Firelight in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
