October Leaves

S210-7

October Leaves is a deep russet brown with a warm orange-red base. Try it on a dining room wall or front door when earthy color suits the room better than clean beige. Direct sun strengthens the rust.

The depth needs lamp light indoors. In direct sun, the rusty side will become more obvious. Bring in muted cream trim and dark bronze. Too much orange oak can make the palette feel heavy.

October Leaves in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
