Behr

Hypnotic

MQ5-19

Hypnotic is a muted blue-gray with a slate undertone. The mood stays steady. Hypnotic can suit an office, bedroom, or bath vanity where a cool mid-depth shade is wanted.

Applied as wall color, it reads more grounded than airy blue. Crisp white trim with warm wood works well. Under low daylight, it may darken toward steel. Add lighter fabric or art so the room does not feel closed.

Hypnotic in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
