Dusty Olive

PPU8-20

Dusty Olive is a light olive-taupe with very little brightness. It feels calm and dry, more like weathered leaves than fresh green. The gray base matters.

Use it in a study, entry, or exterior trim scheme with stone or wood. Let the scheme lean on cream walls, black metal, or natural linen. In northern light, the sample may appear more neutral and less green. Large samples help reveal the undertone.

Dusty Olive in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
