East of the Sun

8001-25B

East of the Sun is a bright buttery yellow with a soft cream body. High reflectance makes it best in spaces that can handle glow. Use it where cheerful warmth is welcome, such as a breakfast corner, laundry room, or small bath.

On large walls, it will look more yellow than the chip suggests. Warm white with pale oak keeps it friendly. Gray floors can make the color feel sharper, so sample directly against them.

East of the Sun in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
