Mincemeat

PPG1200-7

Mincemeat is a warm rust brown with a strong orange base. It works well for a front door, cabinet island, or accent in a room with leather and natural wood. This color feels earthy.

Mincemeat draws support from cream, olive, or blackened bronze. On full walls, it needs balanced lighting because the depth can make corners feel heavy. Dark desks can absorb the rust and make nearby corners feel heavier.

Mincemeat in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
