Glidden

Gathering Field

PPG12-24

Gathering Field brings muted ochre-brown with a golden undertone, dry and earthy rather than bright. It can warm a den, stair hall, or painted cabinetry when beige feels too bland. Dark green and textured black hardware suit the ochre note.

At LRV 57, it shows color without becoming dark. Near orange oak, sample carefully before committing. Shared warmth can get heavy.

Gathering Field in Different Light

Light temperature is measured in Kelvin: a warm 2700K bulb pulls colors toward yellow, while 5000K daylight reads cooler and truer. Check the color at the time of day you actually use the room.
